EvanTech007 (operating as www.indianpercussionloops.com, "we", "us", or "our") operates the Indian Percussion Loops Pro mobile application (the "App"). We are committed to protecting your privacy and handling your data transparently. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, process, and disclose your data in accordance with the latest Google Play User Data policies (2026).
By installing and using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. If you do not agree with the terms outlined here, please do not use the App.
1. Information Collection & Processing
To prevent software abuse, verify license ownership, and secure access to our premium loop library, our backend services securely process limited technical identifiers. The App does not require user registration or accounts.
1.1 Anonymous Device Identifier
On the first launch of the App, the system creates a random, unique, anonymous device identifier.
- Storage & Security: This identifier is stored in secure, hardware-backed storage on the device.
- Purpose: Used solely to anchor verification requests, protect premium resources, and validate session integrity. It is not linked to any personal user details (such as names or emails).
1.2 Device Integrity and Verification Checks
To protect premium digital goods, prevent software abuse, and ensure device integrity:
- Verification Services: The App utilizes official Google Play device integrity services to confirm that the app is authentic, unmodified, and running on a secure environment.
- Logging and Specifications Collected: During validation checks, the App transmits and securely logs the following technical information: anonymous user/device identifier, verification transaction token, billing and integrity status verification flags, device brand, device model, operating system version, request API paths, and timestamps.
- Purpose: This data is processed strictly for anti-fraud audits, digital rights management verification, and diagnostic logging. It is retained securely on our server database and is never shared with third parties.
1.3 In-App Purchases (Google Play Billing)
All purchases are handled natively and securely through Google Play.
- Collected Data: When purchasing the Premium Upgrade, the App processes a transaction token to verify the purchase status and unlock premium loop packages.
- No Financial Info: We never collect, see, or store payment details (such as credit card numbers or billing addresses). All financial transactions are managed securely by Google Play.
1.4 Google Play Asset Delivery (PAD)
The App uses Google Play Asset Delivery (PAD) to download audio expansion packs dynamically. This operation is handled entirely by Google Play services. No telemetry, usage statistics, or user behavior tracking is processed through this mechanism.
1.5 Google AdMob (Free Tier Only)
For users on the free tier, Google AdMob displays advertisements. The AdMob SDK may collect and process:
- Advertising ID: Android Advertising ID (AAID) for ad personalization.
- Technical Data: IP address, device model, operating system version, and mobile carrier.
- Diagnostics: Ad interactions, views, and basic app performance indicators.
Premium Tier Exclusion: Once you purchase the Premium Upgrade, both Google AdMob and Google Analytics for Firebase SDKs are permanently deactivated. All tracking, ad serving, and telemetry transmissions related to these services stop instantly.
1.6 Google Analytics for Firebase (Free Tier Only)
The App integrates Google Analytics for Firebase to analyze user engagement, track app performance, and monitor session metrics. The Firebase SDK may collect and process:
- User Metrics: Daily/monthly active users, session duration, app launch counts, and general screen views (e.g. Loops list vs. Preset details).
- Device Data: Mobile device identifiers (hashed ID), device brand, model, operating system, and geographic region.
- Purchase Events: Event metadata when the Premium Upgrade is purchased to compile lifetime value (LTV) reporting.
1.7 Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM)
The App integrates Google Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) to deliver push notifications, announcements, and updates (e.g., alerts about new percussion loops, version upgrades, or practice reminders). To accomplish this:
- FCM Device Tokens: The App generates a unique, anonymous Firebase Cloud Messaging Device Registration Token on startup. This token enables Google's push notification servers to deliver messages to your specific device.
- Opt-Out: You can completely disable notifications at any time by going to your device's System Settings > Apps > Indian Percussion Loops Pro > Notifications and toggling off "Allow Notifications".

3. Native Permissions Declared
The App requests only the minimum necessary permissions required to function. These are declared in the App manifest:

com.android.vending.BILLING: Required to execute secure in-app purchases through the Google Play Billing Library.
Note: We do not request or access sensitive device features such as fine location, contacts, microphone, camera, or local media storage libraries. All user configurations and custom parameters are saved locally in private app storage.
4. Third-Party SDKs and Services

5. Data Retention, Control, & Deletion Rights
We respect your control over your data:
- Local Data: All audio modifications, presets, and loops remain on your device. Clearing app storage or uninstalling the app permanently erases this data from your device.
- GDPR & US State Privacy Choices: Users in the European Economic Area (EEA), the UK, Switzerland, and select US states can update or revoke their advertising consent and data sharing preferences at any time. To do so, navigate to the About / Credits Screen in the App and tap on the "Privacy Settings" link to open Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) options.
- Server Identifiers: The anonymous identifier generated for server-side validation carries no personally identifiable info. To purge this identifier, you can clear the App's storage via device settings, which resets the identity token on the next run.
- Advertising ID Reset: You can reset or opt out of personalized advertisements at any time through Android settings (Settings > Privacy > Ads).
- Deletion Requests: Since we do not link data to identifiable personal emails or user accounts, we cannot look up specific records by name or email. If you have questions regarding data deletion, please contact us.
6. Children's Privacy
Our App is not targeted at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you are a parent or guardian and discover that your child is using the App without your supervision, please contact us. We adhere fully to COPPA (Children's Online Privacy Protection Act) guidelines.
7. Policy Updates
We may modify this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our app features or regulatory updates. We will notify you of any revisions by updating the "Effective Date" at the top of this policy page. We recommend reviewing this policy periodically.
